20070811 Ride with Roger

Roger and I decided to take his new bike out for a spin.

Trying to remember the route we took from 11 years later is a struggle. I believe we took highway 12 and 3 through Bovill and Clarkia.

Roger and I have different riding styles. I enjoy leaning and pushing a little hard through corners. (There have been a couple times, I pushed it a little too hard.) Roger, on the other hand, likes to take corners a bit easier and glide through them. And besides, with that big fat tire he has on the back, it doesn't easily lean very far. This was fine with both of us. He would let me disappear in the lead through the corners, and I didn't mind slowing in the straights to let him catch up.

I know we went through Santa, cause I have a picture of that.

We stopped for lunch in St. Maries at The Kitchen and then made our way back to Lewiston.

It was a nice enjoyable day ride.
